We hope in the future to secure syndication agreements (we currently are syndicated by Microsoft and Smartnews, for example) to diversify our revenue streams and readership.
What Money We Won’t Accept
Rest assured, the National Security Journal will never seek to make money or earn a living by
-Posting sponsored content;
-Taking money from foreign governments (many sites that focus on national security and defense issues receive ‘grants’ from foreign governments and don’t disclose it);
-Taking money directly from defense contractors (read more about this here);
-Or using any non-ethical practices that would endanger our editorial independence.
We are being as transparent as possible. We pay the bills only with advertising revenue.
