National Security Journal, at present, only receives operating revenue from ads on this website. We also strive to keep the number of ads on the site as low as possible.
We hope in the future to secure syndication agreements (we currently are syndicated by Microsoft, for example) to diversify our revenue streams and readership.
What Money We Won’t Accept
Rest assured, the National Security Journal will never seek to make money or earn a living by
-Posting sponsored content;
-Taking money from foreign governments;
-Taking money directly from defense contractors (read more about this here);
-Or using any non-ethical practices that would endanger our editorial independence.
We are being as transparent as possible. We only pay the bills using advertising revenue.
