Russia’s War Machine in Ukraine Is ‘Bleeding Money’ Fast

Russia Classifies Budget As Ukraine War Costs Spiral Out of Control – Russia’s invasion of Ukraine is not just being fought on the battlefield — it is being quietly waged on the federal balance sheet.

Fresh reporting has revealed that almost a third of Russia’s total 2025 budget, a whopping 12.12 trillion rubles, or $152 billion, has now been classified. Analysts told press that the dramatic spike in hidden military spending is yet more evidence that Vladimir Putin’s “special military operation” is spiraling out of control.

Demographics are not on Moscow’s Side

The figures were unearthed by Russian outlet RuNews24.ru and pored over by experts like Janis Kluge of the German Institute for International and Security Affairs. Kluge said that the word “secret” pops up a shocking 39 times across the federal budget, a major increase from previous years.

The widening of vague expenditure records comes on the back of the Kremlin’s alleged struggles to finance its protracted and bloody war. It is hardly surprising given the squeezing of the Russian economy by sanctions, not to mention its looming demographic collapse.

On the surface Russia enjoys portraying a facade of economic resilience, further egged on by wartime nationalism and energy revenue. But the hushed up figures tell more of the true story. Almost all of Russia’s military funding now falls into the “classified” category.

This is a convenient black box that hides not just the scale of the war’s financial toll, but also its human cost.

Honesty: not Russia’s Policy on the Ukraine war

Moscow-based analyst Yakov Yakubovich told Newsweek that a huge chunk of this “secret” budget is probably backing up defense infrastructure in the territories of Eastern Ukraine Russia has occupied. Publishing these figures, he said, would risk new international sanctions, implying how the ongoing war economy is both unsustainable and reliant on misinformation.

Adding to the opacity, Russia has also halted any release of key demographic data. Moscow’s national statistics agency, Rosstat, recently stopped publishing birth and death rates, despite warnings that the country is headed toward a long-term population crisis.

Some projections suggest Russia’s population could shrink to 83 million by the end of the century due to war losses and mass emigration of men.

A war once sold to the Russian public as swift and necessary is consuming both people and resources at an unsustainable rate.

And the Kremlin’s answer?

Yet more secrecy.

As energy revenues falter and military costs surge, Putin may soon be forced to choose between cutting domestic services, hiking taxes, or deepening Russia’s debt to keep the invasion rolling on.

But for all the hidden figures, one truth is increasingly impossible to obscure: Russia’s war machine is bleeding money, or in this case, rubles, fast.

No statistics out of the orc muscovite elite. That is news.

The Putin budget also needs a Yankee clause. One that indicates money owned for goods defiled.

The MAGA elite need to ask the Chief Magistrate to take a moral stand. That is, that the POTUS clearly demand that Putin pre-pay $10,000,000 in gold bullion immediately to each and every kidnapped Ukrainian child for compensation and reparation of 11 years as they undergo cultural genocide.

A single sentence statement of moral will from the POTUS Trump will end the war.

The gold bullion compensation once it is transmitted for above 250,000 victims will be so high that the orc muscovite elite women will feel the pain in the wallet and demand that the no-cost, free table top dancing be returned immediately as the real cost to muscovite families is too high.

The war is over. There is no more inner genetic force that propels the peasant russian to penetrate into more Ukrainian hinterland searching for the ideal “Lolita” that their ancestors spent their lives searching for. For centuries bi-annual sex trade caravans or russian peasants drove out to “harvest” ukrainian children for their own satiation and huge cash profit.

While Putin gave free, no-cost, giveaway Ukrainian children with false uskie id, Putin was adored, loved and a hero to the peasant ruskie. All the peasant had to do was support the war and the open recruitment of captive ethnic nation men for the front line military meat grinder.

If Trump demands cash reparation of $10,000,000 the free, no-cost flow of air shipped fresh children to peasant russian deviants will suddenly be a big cash burden. A criminal burden if POTUS Trump shows real moral courage in his demands of Putin. The love for Putin will suddenly have an international price tag for the ordinary peasant russian.

In 1615 the russian had no such hinderance as they harvested Ukrainian children. The caravans just had to deliver the deflowered children to the Ottoman fort in Crimea, called Caffa, and the muslim sex traders had plenty of Ottoman gold for the christian sex slaves sold by the russians.

The demand should come from the American POTUS. In 2013-14 the Obama-Biden-Democrat cabal had no objection to the immediate start of this military kidnapping by Putin’s “little green groomers” of little Ukrainian children. There is no record of the USA O-B-D cabal in 2014-15 objecting to, trying to halt, the moral turpitude that they were witnessing from Putin and his military machine.

The O-B-D elite found themselves rubbing against the Epstein circles, to which they did not object and/or somehow try to terminate, as it was very close in spirit to their green lighted Putin human traffic concept. The US Virgin Island “air freight” was secret and the elite seemed to be very present. The proof is that even now in 2025, relevant data is being suppressed, withheld, or just not public.

This is a moral turpitude cost that must clearly appear on Putin’s budget calculations. -30-
